Stan Schill

Principal, President, CFO

Prior to founding S. R Schill & Associates in 1987, Stanley R. Schill spent nearly 30 years in the financial services industry. For several of those years, Stan's financial commentaries were broadcast on the Seattle radio station, KIRO-AM, where he became known as "The Financial Advisor." His former positions include Vice President and Manager for Financial Services for Shearson/American Express, and Vice President and Regional Manager of Prudential Bache. As a member of many financial industry boards and committees, Stan has served as President or Chairman of the Seattle Bond Club, Washington State Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning, and the Securities Industry Association.

Len Skiena

Principal, CEO

Len Skiena joined the firm in 2006. Len has the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and an MBA from the University of Washington. In addition, he has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Penn State University and spent seventeen years in the technology industry, including nine managing technical teams and divisions. Len has been a featured financial planner in the Seattle Times and his responsibilities include personal financial planning, marketing, research, and compliance.

Eva Baker

Principal, Vice-President Operations

Eva V. Baker came to the firm in 1995 to assume responsibility for all client services including the transfer of assets for new accounts and responding to client requests. She also supervises internal operations and our support staff. Her background includes 20 years in branch banking where she gained a wealth of experience as a manager for customer service and new accounts.

Bob Toomey

Vice-President, Director of Research

Bob Toomey came to S. R. Schill & Associates in 2011. Bob has the Chartered Financial Analyst™ and Certified Financial Planner™ designations along with a background of over 30 years in the financial industry. Bob's responsibilities include research, performance management, asset allocation studies, and personal financial planning. Bob has published extensively in his career in publications including the Seattle Times and Puget Sound Business Journal, and has also made numerous appearances providing expert commentary on CNBC and KCTS' "Serious Money" program. As part of his research duties, Bob places high emphasis on the study and understanding of global economic fundamentals and economic and financial trends that impact the firm's investments and investment strategy

Scott Schill

Director, Longevity Law and Planning

As a Northwest native with two sets of parents living nearby and a frequent volunteer with the Senior Center of West Seattle and Jewish Family Service, the message that longevity is about relationships resonates deeply with Scott. Prior to joining S. R. Schill & Associates, he served as Chief Legal Officer of AgingOptions and partner at Life Point Law. Before a searing experience advocating for his Mom turned him toward Longevity Law, his practice focused on complex commercial litigation at Yarmuth Wilsdon Calfo PLLC and Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle. Scott is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School (with honors) and the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to law school, he taught English in Tokyo, Japan for two years, and is also the proud producer of the award-winning feature film Frank vs God. Scott lives in West Seattle with his wife Jennifer, his two boys, Theo and Nate, and their mischievous dog Trixie.

Stacy Schill

Principal, Vice-President, Client Relations & Marketing

Stacy Schill has had over thirty years of experience in the marketing and client relations field. She has taken up positions at companies such as Chateau Ste. Michelle Estates, where she became a lifelong oenophile, Love That Red Winery, and Damsel Cellars, where she currently works as a tasting room host. Stacy loves talking to people and her relatable personality is charming. She handles all client relations, including responding to client requests, marketing and social media, website management, writing and production of advertising and marketing materials, and working with media and designers to produce material. Stacy is extremely motivated, which can be seen not only through her professional career, but also through her intense love of fitness and exercise. Stacy is also on the board of the Mercer Island Chamber of Commerce and the Senior Care Coalition, as well as multiple interest and networking groups. She has a B.A. from Western Washington University.

Jennifer Walsh

Client Services Specialist/Financial Paraplanner

Jennifer joined the firm in 2019 to work in client services. She has over 17 years of experience working for a financial management firm in Bellevue. She worked in client services and received a Registered Paraplanner designation FPQP ™ from the College of Financial Planning. Prior to financial services, Jennifer was a program assistant in the Department of Psychosocial Services at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Medical Anthropology with honors from the University of Washington.

Lail Fitzgerald

Client Services Specialist

Lail joined the firm in 2022 as a client services specialist.  She has over 20 years of experience in customer service, including over a decade working with a financial planning firm. Lail is compassionate and hard working in all she does. She is married with six beautiful kids along with two huskies. Her interests are gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
